Bans are not disputed.
When you agreed to bungie's terms of service when you first logged in to destiny, you agreed to their rules. They are allowed to do anything they want to you in game. Hence, there is no law that says they cannot do this, because you made an agreement to them when you first started playing that this would be your consequence if you were manipulating connections.
Edit: looking at your recent trials games, you deserved the ban, this means:
-you knew exactly what you were doing
-this wasn't "bad internet"
-your ban will not be lifted
#27 in the world with a 1.04 overall kd... I hope I never see you, or anyone else like you, even attempting to play destiny again

You are like the 100th person to say that to me

And yet you still try to dispute it. Is it all coming together now?

and i had crappy connection for awhile untill i got it fixed
-
how many times do i have to say i had crappy connection
how many times do i have to say i had crappy connection
Repeating the same lie, over and over again, doesn't magically make it true.

Crappy connection would mean YOU would be kicked, not the enemy team. Seeing as the other team consistently lost by forfeit, there was network manipulation going on. Claim bad internet all you want, I don't know who you're trying to fool here. You're already done, kid.
