I think the meta makes the player lol
Year one my kd was 1.6 on my titan. As you can see now it's much much lower, 1.16 last I checked. Could have also been skill based match making but it could also be meta changes over the last year and a half.

Editado por DonnyVBaybay: 1/25/2017 6:03:21 AMI could see that. I used to be a .6kd in year one, then I got to around .8. Last month I averaged about a 1kd on all 3 characters, Ive always preferred pulses and fusions and they are much more viable in this meta

I disagree. I've got a god rolled Clever Dragon and Matador. I'm not dominating with them. I'm an average player with or without them.

Wow. I'm definitely not insulting you but meta changes aside, how on earth did your KD drop so low? I do believe a truly skilled player learns to adapt to the changes in the meta game, however there can certainly be times when the meta is a tough niche to fit into and you just can't find your groove. It happens.

(Skip to the end unless you feel like reading) In year one i was nearly dominant myself with an average KD of around 1.2 with auto rifles as my primary choice of weapon. It dropped slowly until it was about a 1.0 in House of Wolves. I left destiny after house of wolves and came back late into The Taken King just to find out that my Khvostov (yes i used the white one in crucible) did around 16 damage a hit and I couldn't even kill a damn shotgunner. My KD dropped significantly because i refuse to adopt a meta, i look unique and i play unique because i feel that taking the easy route makes it lose whatever skill was there. I own some god roll meta weapons, ive used the last word since before The Dark Bellow, I can use a damn shotgun better than half of these people too. I just hate the meta and its why KDs tend to drop on people who don't play it. My overall point is that the metas screwed up my KD and a lot of other people's because we just refuse to play to the meta and would rather use the guns we love.
