Dawning Armor
So how many people actually got any of the dawning armor without buying it?
How much did you have to play to get it?
Did they only drop from the Treasures?

Editado por Creed422: 1/14/2017 2:43:41 PMMy son was born on the 15th of Dec., so I missed a little over a weeks worth of racing n' such. I ended up buying Dawning armor for all 3 characters. Did get a full set of warlock Rimmed armor, missing just the chroma legs for my Titan, Hunter is missing the chroma helmet and chest. If I would have known they were going to keep the Treasures of the Dawning boxs still around after the Dawning event, I wouldn't have purchased as many during the event. I did how ever hit Rank 5 on all three characters for those boxes, and got the others freebie boxes as well.

Walked away from SRL with a full Rimmed set (on Warlock right now) and a full Crystalline set. I did run 333 races though. That could have something to do with how many pieces I ended up with. I decided not to run races on the hunter or titan. If I had shared the racing with those two... I'd probably also have at least one complete set for each of those also.. :)

I got the boots, chest, arms, and helmet for my warlock. That's all

Helmet and Chest for my Hunter. I only like the Hunter set. So I won't be chasing after 3 complete sets like I did/still doing for the Desolate gear. (Just give me Desolate Titan chest already!)

I've gotten helmets but they weren't what I wanted intellect discipline for my hunter. I really wish they would let u reroll armor

1 RespuestaEditado por Jy-Seven: 1/8/2017 4:36:14 PMI got 7 for free 3 from srl 3 from the weekly heroic strikes and 1 from the reward boxes, opened them got like 1 or 2 dawning armour and a ornament, thought I couldn't get anymore after it ends so I bought 5 then needed the cloak and had to buy 5 more, RNG hates me. -blam!-ing too many snow dreg and useless consumables, only got 2 lame sparrows not even the glowing ones. Ended up opening 17 till I got full set I'm -blam!-ing stupid didn't even get the nanohance icebreaker ornament. I just wanted the hunter cloak dropped on last box -blam!- me -blam!- you bungo

I didn't get it all from all the free ones, so I dropped some money. Got it within $5.

2 RespuestasI got it all without buying, but I had to get all 3 characters to level 5 SRL, do all the Record Book, and then the Treasures of the Dawning from Heroics. I got lucky in that my first gave me two pieces and then every other gave me stuff

Not spent a penny but have the titan helmet and the titan legs.

That's the thing about the "pay wall" armors. I don't have the dawning armor, but even if I did, I wouldn't wear it because people would assume I paid for it. That bums me out, I like to earn gear, not just insert money into my console.

You can most of it without buying but there's usually a piece missing. If u love the way it looks and really want it u should buy it, but I'd take a look at the armor before spending the money..
