5% increase to forgemaster aoe would literally fix this, That and removing the cooldown on cauterize, that's all I need.

The cool down shouldn't be removed but I think it should be reduced to about 1.5-2 seconds. Along with that make Explosive Pyre work with every kill.

You threw it past him, go for the direct impact. Also, cauterize does not need any changes. In fact, I think the super is fine. If anything gets buffed, it should be the non-super abilities.

I main a titan on both consoles, I mainly play striker but for the last few weeks I've changed to a Sun God. Personally I feel that the Sunbreaker subclass is very well balanced for pvp and pve. I've been having great fun with it lately. It think there may have been a lag issue in your video, that or you missed your opponent, it's not easy to tell. Certainly no buff needed on the evidence provided (in my opinion.)

Sunbreakers are fine. That was a super fail. It happens to everyone. They have a good roaming super with a decent melee charge and a couple of great grenades. The perks are good. Everything thing is still balanced. If it is op, that is bad.

Were you not around when cauterize didn't have a cooldown? It was nearly impossible to take someone out of hammers unless you had a shutdown super or pray you land a nugget shot
