Maybe the highest impact snipers could one shot head shot or just leave the enemy with a sliver of health for a teammate to take out. Or you would have to maybe follow up with one shot from a scout. Definitely wouldn't be able to one shot anyone out of res. Shield regeneration would also have to be a little slower or it might be too hard to get a kill. You would have to chase some people down lol. Maybe upon res you and the teammate who revived you would be invincible for half a second but also wouldn't be able to put out any damage for the same time. You would be able to kill the enemy trying to revive his teammate as he's trying to get the revive.
