People are saying its not a glitch and that bungie is planning something big as compensation. All in the christmas spirit. Maybe some exotics, idk its just a rumor so dont get hopes too high

That's a rumor. Cozmo acknowledged the issue using the xur thread on reddit. They are looking in to it.
