Game after game it's sweaty and annoying to play. Maybe once every ten game I get to relax.
Edit: I understand connection based will match you up against sweaty games but it shouldn't be game after game.

2 RespuestasOoooorrrr: -Not everyone is piled into one playlist -SRL -Having their time taken up by extra work hours for the xmas rush -Out buying xmas gifts and wrapping them -Studying for school exams -Trying out Strike Scoring -Working on the new Record Book -Grinding for the "new" exotics These are just a few of the things taking people away from Crucible.
-
1 RespuestaWith the new strike scoring and SRL, most pve players and less skilled pvp players aren't spending much time in the crucible right now. That leave less players with a higher concentration of more skilled pvp players in the crucible to match u up to. Wait for the dawning to end and, better yet, for the banner to return. You'll find those newer connection based settings coming back into play.

17 RespuestasThere were two changes in match making this month. Immediately after the 12/8 announcement, which turned everything upside down and was awesome at shutting everyone up.............lasted approx. one week. Then there was a ninja change after that which more or less restored things to the way they were pre-12/8. The 12/8 change was never meant to last. It was Bungie's experiment/answer to all of the complaints here.....and it was perfect. The huge majority of folks not liking Destiny pvp simply want easier matches. Period. I hope Destiny stays along the lines it is. Anyone wanting an easier/different experience should get just that - - ELSEWHERE.
-
I would rather CBMM, why? I would rather be beat because I was outplayed and outgunned..... not be beat because of a red bar warrior from Guam running Destiny off of McDonalds free wifi who is rubber banding around, impossible to hit, doesn't take damage, kills people through walls 37 seconds after they were last shooting at them, etc.....
-
15 RespuestasI'm guessing the only people left playing are the crucible obsessed. Also ill never understand why people think they deserve to relax in a competitive game and still win. You can relax all you want. Just don't expect to drop a 2.0.

Editado por BLWigglyAkA: 12/26/2016 12:13:58 PMI don't understand why people don't like the challenge just as much as a pubstomping My God, it's a gotdamn, some people will be better... I've never had an issue with any type of connection They've had.
-
1 RespuestaI'm facing red bar warriors in every match, full fire teams from the other side of the world (quite often) and all games now feel like an absolute sweat fest. If I don't maintain full concentration during a game I get completely obliterated.
-
10 RespuestasEditado por jnikoley: 12/24/2016 5:21:16 PMI did a solid week of testing immediately after they made the changes. I used a netduma router with the Geo filters set to off so that I could see the locations of the players the game matches me with. In nearly every single lobby, I was matched with players from other continents. We won't truly get connection based matchmaking until the other players in the lobby are at least located on the same side of the planet.

Hahahahaha, you kid's crack me up. Bungo
said
they were making changes and David Dague's threat of
"careful what you wish for"
was just a placebo. What they didn't tell us was that it was .004% shift.😝 All the match's I played before and after their supposed change netted no difference in any way, shape or form. The reality is unless Bungo release's hard facts and data (which they won't) we will never know what changes were made, if any. As always, David Dague;
Frank O'Connor sends his regards. Your Move.
Brought to you from the letter; B.

1 RespuestaIt worked for like 1 week, and now it's cheap again
-
At first it seemed good, but it started sucking again after the last update.
-
1 RespuestaWelp.... If it is connection based then you live in the armpit of skill. Move?

7 RespuestasEditado por Divine_Majin93: 12/25/2016 6:04:23 AMIt still seems more connection based. If I play seriously, I can drop 20/30 kills all day long in 75% of games again and I win maybe half of those matches due to skill mismatches between teams. Notice the key word, "seriously." Literally just dropped a 2.0 in a rift match with 27 kills. The problem is that it's a competition where you either play to win or settle for that bullshit last place trophy that every kindergarten child has to have now so their feelings don't get hurt. Just because it's more CBMM than SBMM now doesn't mean you get to relax for a second. If anything, that just means you have to step up your game a little bit because you never know when you're gonna be playing kjhovey jr. People don't compete in the Olympics to relax, son. Quite frankly, I'll never understand the whole "I just wanna relax in PvP" which in itself is an oxymoron. Sure, it's not fun to sweat your butt off all the time, but I'd be ashamed if I just yearned to play people worse than me all the time. Edit: You play trials. You should know better than anyone that the only people mainly left are the crucible junkies who eat, sleep, and whack off to this game mode. That's also why it seems "sweaty."
-
That's what people wanted.. this is what they get.
-
Destiny did make it more connection based. The problem is that most people are in trials or SRL. I have noticed a larger variety of skills in crucible. In my option it has degraded the crucible experience.
-
1 RespuestaI'm pretty sure the whole thing was a lie. There still are red bars in every match and I still keep facing the same people over and over again who kept appearing before the recent change. From solo players to six man fire teams.
-
10 RespuestasI'll tell you what happened..... THEY LIED AGAIN!!! Shit is worthless and red bar players are lagging everywhere and unkillable. Do yourself a favor buy battlefield 1 and experience what a real game is supposed to be. NO ERROR CODES EVER, NO LAGGING, and best of all dedicated servers. Destiny is shit just like ghost and numerous failed attempts by COD people.
-
1 RespuestaNothing changed.. sbmm is still dominate over cbmm. I play people in red bar EVERY GAME. Played like 10 clash games yesterday.. not a single game had all 6 green bars. They want to say they changed matchmaking but they just tweaked it SLIGHTLY. Kinda like shotgun nerfs, that changed nothing..
-
Because bungie lied and never actually changed it.
-
they didn't remove sbmm. lol
-
Everyone's playing SRL all the die hard crucible players are still playing crucible. Thankfully I'm capable of relaxing because my goal is always have a positive kd. I Don't have trouble with that but my reaction time is coming close to its limits.
-
1 RespuestaAt this point the type of matchmaking won't matter because the only people no playing this game are the truly devoted i.e. sweaties. The lack of content and overall dreadful State of the crucible i've driven most casual players away.
-
I havent played many public matches since SRL came back so I'm not sure what the matchmaking looks like ATM.
-
Maybe you just aren't good and average players are beating you?
