Sunbreaker Exotic idea, edit1: a lot of approvals Cozmo we need you
Name: BlackSmith's Pride
Description: Great Hammers can make perfect weapon or armor... And the same hammer can make them worthless.
Exotic Perk: Mighty Swing, Reduces Suncharge energy cost and Suncharge applies Melting point. (cuz i want do shit ton of damage to boss)
Visuals: Massive Plate Armored Gauntlets with chain armor under plates.
Edit1: a lot of you like this idea, i'd be happy to have those in game so lets show this to bungie

Replace feedback with skybolt (double tap cross to teleport straight up or straight down depending on the how u aim it, it works like shadestep before the nerf, I get 2 charges) than u can have ur op exotic

2 RespuestasSorry but that's OP as -blam!-. Melting point is better than a tether, this would completely destroy enemies, especially if there is an airbon, brawler, or solar burn modifier.

3 RespuestasI really love using Suncharge, but is not very useful against bosses in PvE and you only get a few charges out of it. This would finally make it rewarding to use in PvE on bosses and adds alike. I'd also be able to get more kills in PvP as well.

sounds great, i also like that it would be plated gauntlets. (even though id like some cool plated chest piece for titans... their exotic chest pieces are rather bad... design wise and perk wise for pve.) suncharge is my favorite perk too but only getting 3 or 4 swings out of it together with the nerfed dmg is rather meh.

3 RespuestasPersonally, I'd rather have something like this: Volcanic Striders Titan Exotic Leg Armour Passing through a sunspot causes a large AoE explosion that sets enemies on fire. Enemies killed while burning increase melee recharge rate (doubles for 3 seconds)

What if as an added visual, using sun charge actually made your hammer a Great Hammer? Like with a huge war hammer that looks super vicious while still maintaining a similar style to the normal hammer

How about leg armor for the sunbreaker that allows them to do a sunstrike without being in their super? Leg armor for for gunslingers to do combat rolls or for a warlock to do a blink step. Too op? I mean there already shadestep and twilight.
