Horrible? Hardly. This is just moving towards a new paradigm shift, specifically pertaining to language. There's no reason to have all of these different languages if everyone can communicate with emojis. One day, we will communicate directly through emojis, rather than emojis being an add-on to communication. We'll remove language barriers from the equation and move towards a completely connected world. Anyone who finds fault with this will merely be left in the dust with every other conservative.
