I quit raiding because finding 6 people with thumbs has been impossible since aksis challenge dropped.

People got better at AKSIS challenge. Mainly because, since it only takes one guy to screw it up, your average raider has had hours and hours of Aksis Challenge experience. I've played 2-3 hours of AKSIS challenge alone this week. Never died, never missed a slam, killed all captains, all servitors.
