I understand that seeing 'The Will of Crota' strike being repetitively loaded in the SIVA Crisis Heroic Strike Playlist all the time can be quite stressful, especially if it is a strike you did not want. I have seen various posts in the past about this, which is why I think it is a good idea for Bungie to introduce 'Strike Voting' - This will enable players to vote for the strikes that they want to play. I can also understand that this potential feature would not be fair due to people voting for the same strike / their favored strike and this would make the strikes unbalanced. I think Bungie should sit around the table and discuss how this would work, and I speak for the majority of the community when I say this: Add it! It will be a good idea.
