*edit* - YES is currently leading by 13%
It's also an bit odd that YES is leading but pretty much everyone that has commented has said NO, very aggressively I might add. Vocal minority?

Kill Cams would...
- allow you to learn from how you died
- give you something to do while you wait to spawn
- relieve some of the frustration of misunderstanding how you died
Kill Cams would NOT...
- increase the spawn timer
- show your hiding spot (the game already does that)
- increase the amount of lag
---
FPS games that already have Kill Cams:
---
Overwatch
Battlefield
Halo
Rainbow six
Call of Duty
Counterstrike...
So why not Destiny?

Also, the beginning of the video linked below has a good visualization of how it would actually look in Destiny.

1 RespuestaKill cams would be amazing. You can see what your killer saw and justify a previously unjustifiable death. You can see that yeah maybe you don't have a solid connection to the red bar in the lobby, but said person might actually have a decent connection to the "host" of the game your in. I don't know about you guys, but sometimes feel like I'm left scratching my head on how I died. If 5 seconds of kill cam alleviates even half of those instances, I'd be a happy man. That being said, I'm seeing a lot of people say that they can just record the last 15 minutes or whatever. Seriously? Why waste the time? How many of you actually do that? Probably a solid 2%. I always wanted to and decided it's not worth my time. Sit there and review footage to ultimately come to the conclusion that there was nothing I could have done to change the outcome.(Because lag) Destiny isn't that important to me, and I play a about 4-5 hours a day minimum. To all of the "Ewww don't make destiny COD." Get over yourselves. If one feature is similar to cod it's not the end of the world. If you've even played cod recently, you'd know it's 100% a different game and requires a different type of person to play. TTK times are incredibly low, you can run on -blam!-ing walls, guns are fairly static compared to destiny, etc. Just stop. The only real similarity between the two games is that they're both funded by activision.

1 RespuestaIt takes long enough for the damn game to find a spawn point. No
-
1 RespuestaIt already tells you who killed you with what weapon, and if it was critical damage or not. What else do you need to know? haha
-
CoD is no more a game, take it off your list. We'll see you in court....bump btw
-
I like the idea but really, it wouldn't be that good... It would involve a person (scoped) with a sniper and then you walk by, A person running up to you with a shotgun and then tbagging you,
me randomly shooting bullets everywhere with one getting a hit
Come on Bungo! "Press Y to view killcam".
The jolliest (and luckiest) seven you will ever meet
Killstreaks too

7 RespuestasThis is not COD !!!
-
Halo doesn't have kill cams. Although they would be a welcome addition of they were skippable.
-
2 RespuestasNah I always skip them
-
1 RespuestaIf they got it to work properly, people would finally see that they aren't actually being shot through walls
-
I wouldn't have a problem with this us. It'd be kinda live tbh
-
I don't know that I really need to see someone mapping me with a shotty 12 times a game, but I don't care one way or another.
-
I record via the console... then you have entire matches that you can rewatch to see the mistakes made.
-
1 RespuestaBut then all the people who want everything nerfed instead of accepting they got outplayed would complain
-
13 RespuestasOh yes then that will show how far activisions dong is inside bungie. This is destiny not Cod so stop suggesting ideas to turn it into a cod.
-
You dont need a kill cam to know how you died. Though itll help to teabag people i suppose
-
If adding on the extra function wouldn't make Crucible even more unstable and the cam wasn't sensitive to lag, then sure. But whether or not Bungie can pull that off is hugely questionable.
-
3 RespuestasNo the lag is bad enough already.
-
Editado por Darian: 12/16/2016 5:14:33 AMOverwatch does it perfectly. You can either watch the kill cam like CoD or spectate your X/team mates like destiny. No reason to not want it like this
-
6 RespuestasI'm honestly surprised they haven't been added yet.
-
1 RespuestaYou'd see some guy across the map shooting a wall.
