You don't understand. Liberals find it hard to go against their opinions.
I know what you're attempting to point out as hypocrisy, but I just don't see it. Democrats are not asserting that the general election was rigged. Pushing for a recount to ensure the ballots were tallied correctly is not the same as calling the election rigged.

The Wisconsin filing, a copy which was obtained by the Guardian, focuses on a “significant increase in the number of absentee voters as compared to the last general election”. It had been thought that it would instead focus on the scale of Donald Trump’s victories in counties using only electronic voting. “This significant increase could be attributed to a breach of the state’s electronic voter database,” Stein said in her petition regarding the rise in the number of absentee ballot filings. Trump won a narrow victory in the state against Hillary Clinton, surprising pollsters.
I don't see a problem with being concerned with an unusually high turnout, especially considering that Russia did meddle in our affairs. But again, this is after the election. Trump was whining about the election being rigged well before any voting began. A Donald Trump victory, knowledge of Russian hacking, and an unusual absentee voter turnout in heavy-Trump areas does raise some red flags, and they were right to investigate it. If it's all above board, then democracy worked again. If problems are found, we can go from there.
"There's no serious person out there that thinks you COULD EVEN rig americas elections"
...ok, and? That doesn't go against my previous statements. Rigging an election implies we did it against Trump on purpose. Hacking by a foreign government to create fraudulent votes is not the same as us rigging it against Trump. Obama is right. Because of how decentralized our elections are, it would be virtually impossible to rig an election. Are you going to have thousands of vote-counters "conveniently lose" their boxes of ballots, and none of them speak up about it?

Topic | | | | Your head No one said democrats rigged the election. Short story: (Before loss) No one in their right mind believes an American election can be rigged/hacked. (After loss) We are investigating a possible election rig and are supporting a recount. Also Russia did it because of all this old evidence that was downplayed by us and all of this new evidence we don't have.
No one said democrats rigged the election.
Trump said the election was rigged against him. Who would do that?
No one in their right mind believes an American election can be rigged/hacked.
He didn't say hacked.
We are investigating a possible election rig and are supporting a recount
No, they investigated abnormalities in voter turnout numbers, not rigging. In fact, you should be encouraging the recount because it ensures democracy was carried out. I believe the recount even helped Trump's numbers.

No one in this thread said democrats, except you. Semantics, you are playing. No, stein wanted to do a recount to make sure the election wasn't "hacked". In the end it doesn't matter because now they're trying to influence the electoral college voters since this hacking didn't pan out.
