I'm suspended from crucible for 2 weeks. Due to bad connection. And now I can't even play SRL. And this only lasts 3 weeks. You're really telling me that I'm being punished for most of the event because someone got upset that their 10 minute match wasn't as fun as it could be due to my bad connection. I live in the middle of nowhere and I have the only internet I can get and I'm being punished on a game that I've spent a ton of money on because of it. Really? Like, really? Bungie, this is ridiculous. I've been pretty loyal to you, supported you in almost every way I can, and I get repaid by this? Firstly, SRL shouldn't even count as crucible because Shaxx doesn't run sparrow racing, he runs PvP. SRL should be it's own activity. But apart from me not being able to do SRL for two straight weeks, I can't even play private matches. They even took away my trials gear and weapons. What else am I supposed to do? You took away half the game that I paid for in full because I have bad connection. This is ridiculous. There's TONS of people with bad connection on the game. Why even punish them. Everyone is promoting reporting people with red bars to get rid of them. They're people that paid money to play this game. You guys need to stop trying to get rid of these "red bar warriors". It's not their fault most of the time. And of course like any company that doesn't wanna have to deal with dealing with their customers personally they make a rule saying that you can't dispute a ban or suspension. Like this is completely insane. Bungie, you're stealing my money. You're taking content away from me that I paid for. I'd appreciate if you treated me like an actual person that enjoys your game. From this point on I'm no longer spending my money to support you. I might be just 1 person and it wouldn't make a difference in any of your incomes, but if you cared about the people that played your game you should understand you made a loyal gamer disappointed.
