Yeah? No one use chat there either when I play. And Destinys in game chart is better than what you're suggesting but that's not your problem dude. If you're on Xbox everyone will always prefer party chat dude.

Why? The only competitive mode is trials where you need a team. And most people who play crucible just suck. Also that'd be hell having to listen to randoms if you don't have a party system that sucks for PS.
