Bring a Special Ammo Perk to Hunter Exotics.
I happen to main a hunter of which I love, except for one rather large detail. There is no way, in year three, to spawn or get more ammo from boxes, aside from using the old Crest of Alpha-Lupi Chest Armor. It would be most appreciated if you brought over the Special Ammo perk that allows you to hold more for every special weapon on exotic armor. I don't understand why we need single weapon-class ammo perks on our armor if they don't do anything. Even though some snipers are in a bad spot as is, it is a kick in the gut when we can't get any additional ammo on our hunters.

Hunters should be able to carry more sniper ammo than other classes because they're hunters. Their class specific special is a sniper.

I agree. Also give the Titans and Warlocks an exotic armor piece to go Invisible.

I agree, singular-weapon ammo perks only benefit weapons with really low or really high inventory stats. As for every weapon in the middle, the have really no effect in the crucible. It would be nice to see the universal special ammo perk on more pieces of exotic armor

They do need at least a special ammo increase. Just because they're not titans doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to hold some additional ammo. Bump.

3 RespuestasIn PvE, I mostly run a sidearm with an MG (vendor Silvered Dread) for crowd control. I'm able to do so because the high burst damage of GG with C-Hawk is like 10 sniper shots in one hit. Combined with the Jade Rabbit's almost unlimited sustained DPS and special ammo just isn't much of an issue.

1 RespuestaI've noticed this as well, perhaps it's put in place because hunters are very agile and they can't carry as much ammunition as it would weigh them down. Although the year 1 og prison of elders chat armor also has the perk, not just alpha lupi
