Unfortunately this game is dominated by HARD SCOPING so the best thing for you to do is learn the sniper lanes and learn where heads would appear on these sniper lanes. Then adjust your sights accordingly and do your best to land head shots at all times, otherwise everyone will call you bad even though these same people land body shots as well.

I find it hard enough to get body shots because of the flinch haha.
