The Dawning better not be like FotL. If we do have RNG loot, we better be able to get everything after spending $20.
Just let us buy cosmetics directly. Is that asking so much? I'm sick of the disgusting RNG that Activision probably makes Bungie do just to scam it's customers.
And don't say, "It's just cosmetic. It has no effect on the game. You don't have to buy it." Shut up. It needs to be fixed.
Edit: People seem to forget that one of the main reasons people play this game is for the loot. You want to look cool. So, to say, "Oy, it's just cosmetic you idiot. It has no effect on gameplay" is simply idiotic. Eververse exists because people like to spend money on cosmetics. It's only fair that we be able to buy directly what we want to buy.

Do you even realize what you are asking especially know who you are asking? The RNG on Tess has worse odds then Vegas and it's Bungievision's baby :)

11 RespuestasIt's a system of generating tests, that are setup to sturdy various gun mechanics by forced distribution at a series of values to accurately perform the tests. And doing this with a community. That is all. If it were any other way it wouldn't simulate, a community made game. In a community made game, the community puts money in. Then tests are done. A finalised product is developed with planning to run through a contained value of test ranges with the community to fine tune the game. This requires an rng. Sometimes if community complaining about lore reaches a point where it's more enjoyable for the testing players to have the requirement fulfilled first by the direct investors and how people react is the issue. This is a final push before a game is updated and an new game being planned is focused on. Everybody gets, to put in get rewards. It's setup to create more time pockets allowing players to get more chances over time to be directly involved. Sorry if confusion lead you to believe otherwise temporarily. Problem solved.

3 RespuestasBungie needs to remove micro transactions from Destiny. It was a much better game without them.
-
I refuse to make any purchases from Eververse so long as RNG is attached to any part of it. Any smart consumer would do the same.

It already be confirmed that certain items we'll be able to be brought directly from tess
-
They wont, its their cash cow. and thats all they truly care about.

1 RespuestaWHAT DO WE WANT?
MORE RNG!
WHEN DO WE WANT IT?
AT RANDOM!
AMEN. Silver is evil enough, Silver with RNG is just Demonic!

1 RespuestaI still haven't got that white skin for the multi tool 😭

Well it'll probably work the same way it did last year, or at least with the sparrows. It checks to see which ones you've already got and then takes them out of the prize pool so you have zero chance of getting something you already have. Yeah it might take a few goes to get the one you want but at least it's definitely increasing the odds each time you don't get it.

Eververse has a random number generator? *Reads post* Oooooooooohhhhhhhhhh

Sometimes when I go to Wal-Mart I spend $200.00 on a pc Monitor treasure package in hopes I get a 29" 4k oled HDR 1ms roll to drop but 1440 monitors Keep dropping. I am spending real money here and all I want is a 4k monitor. I am Just glad my babies formula is not RNG.

3 RespuestasAh yes, but if they too away rng then you would spend half as much.

I think they'd find that more people would be willing to invest a few real monies into this for shiny dress-up shit if they didn't have to rely on worse-than-Vegas odds for getting what they're after and could instead just pay money for a thing. I know I would. I'd be totally fine with spending five or ten every once in a while on Silver to buy the handful of event cosmetics I wanted near the end once I was sure I wasn't gonna roll 'em naturally. Like that neato green Sparrow from Festival of the Lost; I'd have happily paid a bit of Silver for it.. but I ain't buying RNG boxes.
