Nope... The back left room is where I'm talking about.
And from what I've seen in multiple runs, it looks like the back left room is glitchy as hell. Mind you the most annoying bug I've seen in the back left room is when you throw the bomb at the switch and it hits but doesn't activate the clean room for the challenge.

Personally' i've never have any issues with any of the rooms.I always stand in the middle and it's ok for me no matter which room it is. As for the challenge mode ...make sure that you aim a little below the switch when you're throwing the SIVA charge because during the animation your character will jump slightly up and that's why you miss the switch.
