To me it was worth nothing honestly. When Overwatch can drop a patch like its recent one in which they added new modes and maps and a character with massive changes to the meta for free I feel like destiny content isn't worth much compared to other stuff. This games is lame and everyone knows it but i jet don't know why everyone can't admit it lol this game sucks.

As much as I love Overwatch and Blizzard. Comparing Destiny to Overwatch is not a good way to look at things. Rise of Iron was developed in a little over 6 months, if Destiny 2 was not delayed we would be playing that right now. Blizzard have only really released a handful of skins and cosmetic items since the release. Ana and Sombra have been in production well before the game's release. The only real piece of content Blizzard have released is Eichenwalde and the new 3v3 map.
