Their is a difference between being good and being competitive. Yes those weapons are good, but when it comes to it those auto are at a real disadvantage against competitive weapons such as last word, clever dragon, grasp of malok and doctrine.

agreed there is a diffenece, but it also comes down to play style. last iron banner guy comes after me with the clever dragon while i was using grim citizen 3. He got me a few times I got him a few times. And I give the guy props he messaged me afterwards and said good fight afterwards and that it was nice to see someone using a weapon thery enjoy instead of playing to meta

I do the same, it's good to break out your favorite gun rather then just using the best gun. Personally I like the Fabian strategy and khvostof a lot and used them pretty often. I have used it less tho cause of my new play style I made during the first IB to combat shotgunners (I like sniping but not hard scoping). It involves a lot of jumping blah blah blah, basically I am in the air a lot and autos suffer when in air, while, handcannons go hand in hand with that since they have better in air accuracy. Haven't gotten my self an Icarus auto yet and wanna try that, but if I remember right Icarus would take up a much more desirable perk slot like counter balance. I think giving primaries more in air accuracy would benefit them greatly.
