Still no Khovostav quest or Student of History Emblem.
My Titan has broken down two white Khovostovs and done the splicer relay quest several times and cannot get the exotic Khovostov quest.
I've also attuned all 8 artifacts on all three characters, completed the student of history in the book and still haven't received the emblem.
I play on PS 4.

1 RespuestaHi, It looks like you've already received the Kvostov. The quest for this weapon is only available once. As for your trophy, Bungie is aware of this achievement / trophy not unlocking correctly for all users and is currently investigating.
