I can't even install the game, and there seems no way to contact these people
I bought a pre-owned copy of Destiny and it installs the system updates with no problem. The issue is when I start the game it takes me to a screen that reads "Transferring game content." It will proceed to 97% and then reset to 0. I have cleared my system cache, I have deleted and tried reinstalling the game, same result each time. I also returned the first copy and exchanging it for a new one. Still the same result. This is for the PS 3 version. If anyone has an answer to help solve this I'd be thrilled. Since there appears to be zero option of actually contacting a customer support person through this website or any other I have been on today. Very dissatisfied and aggravated at this point.

1 RespuestaIt could be the DVD itself: try getting an exchange from the store (assuming they allow that with pre-owned games). If it's always up to the same spot (97%) then there could be a flaw in the disc itself. Maybe a scratch or divot, or sometimes I've seen non-visual defects screwing with discs.

If it's from a place like gamestop, I would suggest bringing the 2nd disc back and asking if they have a ps3 at the store you could try installing the game on, even if it's just offline. At this point, trying a different console seems like the only way to know 'for sure' if it's something with the disc.

2 RespuestasI'm guessing you did let it run for quite a while (being several hours) and still no luck? That stinks, truely. I honestly don't know what issue it may be having because it worked just fine for me, though I am using Xbox and not Playstation. As far as it being on a legacy console, the game is still quite viable on legacy and you can still purchase and play up to TTK just fine for the most part, but it looks like you're having some sort of installation issue. Evening n_forand, PS3 is a legacy console it maybe have issues running Destiny which it is no longer being updated maybe it's time to upgrade to a PS4 and grab Destiny: The Collection to proceed into your adventure.
