It's fine that they don't like that Trump won but protesting in the street is doing nothing them but burning calories. Trump won the election fairly and screaming "Not my President" isn't gonna change that. I saw on Facebook that they would protest his inauguration, that's so childish. Inauguration is the new President's big day so let him have it. Do I like Trump? Hellll nooo but he's the Pres so let's root for his success.
Now for the actual point of my thread. Stop screaming, stop saying Trump should be assassinated on twitter and fix the democratic party. I'm not expert in how to do that but if you keep having candidates like Hillary Clinton a democrat won't be taking office in a long time.

22 RespuestasTrump's side would have done something smillar too. Don't act innocent.
-
2 RespuestasNo, people should be protesting. They shouldn't be protesting Trump though, they should be protesting their own party. Clearly people are angry that Trump won, but if they directed that anger towards cleaning their party then they might not get such a shitty candidate as Shillary -blam!-on next election.

2 Respuestas
protesting in the street is doing nothing them but burning calories.
that's because they are protesting it all wrong. if there were protests around where I live, I would say we should protest/riot a best buy, get myself a 4k tv and decent gaming desktop

3 RespuestasMaybe instead of telling people what they're doing means nothing, tell them what to do so that it does...

Watching this all unfold like....

1 RespuestaAgreed. The DNC was destroyed in all areas this year, not only for president. Luckily they're seeking a new DNC chair, likely either Ellison or Dean, to clean things up.

15 RespuestasI love how conservatives are calling out liberals for protesting when they did the same when Obama was elected plus those protests had racist tendencies as well. Do all of you have Alzheimer's?
-
12 RespuestasThe logic from the right makes as little sense as the left. Seriously did you forget eight years ago when the right was doing the same shit? Both sides are guilty of being giant -blam!-ing cry babies. They'll argue about eight years ago, the right will pretend that never happened, and it'll all just be the same old crap going round and round. You can't expect people to stop being stupid. This is a nation full of people who get their news from social media.

17 RespuestasThese protesters are being funded by some billionaire old shit. Go to the_donald on Reddit for more background into it.

7 RespuestasWell with republicans controlling all levels it wont be easy to get a win for a long time. Not only that but with no dem figurehead to take over (havent had a dem speaker or such in a while) means they have no high profile dems to lean on. Next in line to the party would fall to debbie and we all know neither side will vote for her. Only chances are bernie, a follower of his, or a green such as kamila hariss that barely got voted in her seat. Not really a deep pool.

4 Respuestas
if you keep having candidates like Hillary Clinton
You make it sound like we wanted hillary. Lolno, we just kind of went with her because as a political affiliation that promotes progress, the media portraying trump as a racist, sexist, homophobic, asshole was everything we were against
-
2 RespuestasFixing the party and protesting are not mutually exclusive. Though I do agree that these protests are stupid.
-
3 RespuestasPortland can go ahead and leave. They don't want us and i think I'm safe in saying we really don't want them.
-
Their love of protesting is one of the things that got Trump elected, so... Let's protest some more!
-
1 Respuestaor better yet, dismantle both the democratic and republican parties and have presidential candidates saying exactly what they want to do.
