So here is a new thing I discovered, the Outbreak can kill Titans and any enemy inside a bubble and I feel it's perfectly balanced. Ok so when making this post I was not wanting to get the Outbreak Prime patched, I was just showing the bubbles have counters and the titan in the vid was just an idiot its easy to counter, just walk in and out and don't let the person just shoot the bubble. Don't nerf the gun learn to work around it.
