Rasputin, he was/is infected with SIVA and at any moment he could blow up everything. I think there should be a raid to purify Rasputin of SIVA and reactivate all of the Warminds.

Atheon, because he controls time in his domain. We only beat him because of Kabr. I would've said Oryx, but if Oryx went into the Vault, he would've lost. Now, then there's the Black Garden's Heart. The Heart itself is a small piece of Darkness, so Oryx easily trumps that, BUT the Vex built the Sol Progeny for it to control. If we hadn't gotten to the Heart before it was strong enough to control all 3 bodies at once, they would hav left the Garden and erased from time anything that stood in their way. Basically Atheon but outside of the Vault. (Proof is in the Stranger grimoires; every timeline that the Heart wasn't killed in, we lost). So the Heart itself, no biggie, but considering what it could've done, it can almost be considered the most powerful

2 RespuestasConsider Oryx is the only enemy we know and so far is the only character who has had confirmed contact with the Darkness. Consider that Oryx had been given power directly from the Darkness and can effectively channel it for his own use. Consider that Oryx is the only enemy that we cannot kill with our own power (guns and supers); we kill him by igniting Light that he has collected in the form of Ogres. Consider that even Quria, Blade Transform, fought against the Hive for a long time and in the end could not beat Oryx. My vote is Oryx.
