About the Dead Orbit Exotic Cloak..
So, I have the Quest called "The Arach's Champion" which is the Quest for the Exotic Cloak for Dead Orbit. But I have been wearing the Spektar Heliopause Vest, The Hanged Man emblem and the Omen of The Dead II emblem. Yet nothing I do counts towards it. Can anyone help me out please?
