Listen, if you're trying to join a hard mode raid or whatever and you don't know what to do or you have never beat aksis just say that! Please don't insult people by lying.
I ran a raid earlier tonight and needed people to help complete a team. I posted that 3 of us had just finished it and were looking to burn through it again. Had no intentions of having to teach anyone tonight or Sherpa. Ended up getting 2 people who lied and said they had done it and made up excuses like they forgot what was different.
Stop lying. People can check your stats and see your raid completions. I almost started kicking people not for not having emblems but for lying. It's disrespectful and if we had spent hours on a raid that usually takes me an hour and a half or less I'd have been real salty but we didn't.
If you look at my completions you'll see I have completed this raid an average of 6 times a week since t dropped as I always finish my three then start helping others. The days when I help others are days when I can set tons of time aside because I know we will have issues and take longer. I don't always want to spent all night doing one raid, sometimes I want to get it done and have fun with friends without having to explain every time or hear bullshit excuses.
In short, just be honest! DO NOT LIE TO OTHERS. If you need help say that, don't fake it.

1 RespuestaTbf it aint that hard a raid at all to grasp to whether youve done it a million times or 3 makes no difference. And you have this elitist post yet your still only 398 whats with that
-
1 RespuestaI hate it when friends ask you for their 6th player, saying everyone know what to do, then during the raid you realize only 3 of you know what to do, and the other players just didn't speak up when asked. Could save a lot of time by explaining their role right away, rather than after 40 minutes of failures.

1 RespuestaI have never completed a wotm raid...ever. I swear.
-
Make sure they have emblems of completion atleast.

5 RespuestasWhy is it you have to be 390 to join a hard raid when the ll is 380? If you let me join I can get to 390 but nooo that makes no sense apparently 😑
-
2 RespuestasBeing inexperienced will not get you kicked from my raid group. Being disrespectful will get you kicked from my raid group. Not taking responsibility for your mistakes and blaming others for things you do wrong will get you kicked from my raid. Most of all, lying about your experience level will get you kicked from my raid group.
-
3 RespuestasI only have one completion. I have no idea how to do the running part at the begining.

2 RespuestasEditado por Mii006: 11/4/2016 7:23:40 PMWell the problem is that there are too many raid request that have high requirements, This prevents some from doing the raid for the first time. So they have to resort to lying... Something that unfortunately I don't need to worry about... :p

5 RespuestasYes, stop lying about your raid experience. Let me quote you... "If you look at my completions you'll see I have completed this raid an average of 6 times a week since t dropped as I always finish my three then start helping others." Well your grimoire says 27 completions (as does Destiny tracker totals, 14 one toon, 5 the second, 8 the third), this is week 7 of the new raid, so less than 4 a week. Stop lying indeed.

I am the most experienced raid runner. 400% completed
-
I've killed Xylar, the Timeless 420 times

5 RespuestasFinished Aksis phase 1 and never finished and I'm not ashamed

I'm not lying...I swear I've never done it.

4 RespuestasEditado por Nike: 11/4/2016 7:08:50 PMYup, don't like liars. A raider like me can see through all the bs. I will call you out. I don't mind if you're new to the mechanics, I'm willing to teach, but I don't appreciate liars. But why don't people believe me when I say I have over 500 raid clears? 🤔 ~TheGreatNike

Sure thing buddy...

2 RespuestasJust as bad I've seen clowns on LFG requiring gjallarhorn, sleeper, and dark drinker. I can understand maybe a light level and experience requirement if you are just trying to blow through it quick as i myself prefer to do, but to demand certain weapons ect is just stupid the raid is easy and it doesnt take much longer not using a sword on aksis anyway.
-
So tell me a little about yourself and your raid expertise.
-
3 RespuestasI would much rather people tell me they dont know what they are doig atleast then we can work it out and help the people then arent as skilled

4 RespuestasI'm on a legacy console and I've never Completed KF. because oh well, Shitty teams. I know how to do everything and I've only reached oryx multiple times but never did it. I was once with a team, A VERY good one. We finished the raid from the start to the end of the sisters in like 45 Minutes, because evryone knows what to do, but I had to leave at that time. Sadly I have no raid team and LFG is dead, And most of the raid recruitments here are never actually done. But oh well, I have no problem with that
-
4 RespuestasNo I will not stop telling people I have been drinking and have not finished the riad and still get friend request from them while drinking more. I also will not stop being a filler till someone comes back. I made it to 400 with out the raid or Iron banner and yes I am a filthy casual
-
12 Respuestasyou can check their comletions in Destinystatus.com, under checklist. Lists the number of raid completions

1 RespuestaTalk while in orbit: Host: So have you completed hard mode? Me: Shield of the City Host: nuff said
-
Shit man I've completed it a few times but the mechanics aren't hard. It's more a strike than raid. You just throw bombs at him and if you have the cannon just listen for the call outs. Blast servitors and hope that the empowered people are ready after that last bomb. Shit I'll grab cannon empowered if I have to. But all in all it's not hard it's more lack of communication.
-
22 RespuestasSo....... How are people able to complete it if no-one is willing to take them through? Too many demand Raid completions for a spot in a team. If your team is good enough you can easily take through 3/4 newcomers. I would suggest anyone that requires raid completions are either lazy or incompetent. I get your main point though. Folk shouldn't lie about it.
-
Always look people up, if you're pressed on time. Raid completions are right in the app.. but yeah, no need to lie i agree
-
2 RespuestasThis is why I search only for people who have the emblem. It's proof that they've at least done it once, which is good enough for me :)
