My opinion...
If K/D matters to you and that's how you enjoy the game, great! K/D matters.
If K/D doesn't matter because you just want to play a game and have fun, great! K/D doesn't matter.
People get different things out of gaming. If your a hardcore try-hard (and I don't mean that in a negative way) then great! Be competitive and try your best! If you are wanting to unwind, try out new guns, or want to mess around with something like No Land Beyond then great! Relax, take a breath, and enjoy the game!
I think that's what a lot of people forget... it's a game! It's supposed to be fun! For some, there's fun in competition. For others, there's fun in relaxing and laughing at funny mistakes (your own or others).
Basically, have fun!

I like this

Wait, that makes too much sense.

You are awesome. Thank you for that explanation. I'm a sweaty try hard and I love competition. I wouldn't even play destiny if it wasn't for the pvp aspect of the game.
-
Lol, and there's nothing wrong with being sweaty. If that's how you enjoy the game, have fun! I don't blame you for wanting skilled team mates but usually I'm one of the ones just looking to have fun. Have fun!
-
I don't look for skilled team mates. That would be nice but I have no problems with playing with people that are not as good as me. I understand that not everyone has the same determination to sweat in the crucible.
-
I appreciate that. You are a rare try hard, lol.
-
Have fun? What a terrible idea! Who wants to do that? :)
-
Lol. I know, right?
-
These tryhards have to learn to STFU when talking to someone who doesn't take it seriously, though.
-
Yeah, I think there should be understanding from both sides. I don't blame a hardcore player for wanting a balanced and capable team, I get it. But I think with their competitive nature they forget some people don't find competitive gaming fun.
-
You're wanting two groups that disagree to understand each other? That's far to much to expect from people.
-
Lol, what can I say? I'm an optimist.
-
Its all good, being optimistic is generally more enjoyable lol
-
I agree
