So I Spent $20 on Silver...
...and got everything from the Treasure Box! That's a big change for me from last year. Yes, I know I could use the money for other things and your free to judge me. I'm ready...

48 RespuestasY'all shouldn't do this based on principle. Microtransactions are ruining games. A DLC is one thing but stuff that has no effect on gameplay is ludicrous to buy. I'm not saying you're wasting money bcuz what is it, just a few dollars here and there? But you're supporting a scam. I stopped supporting scams a long time ago and everyone here should do the same.

7 RespuestasIf I'm going to support a micro transaction system, this is the one. It's on the very line of good and bad micro transactions for me. Good - it's non intrusive to gameplay and provides a cosmetic edge only. So if you got money you don't care about, spend away moneybags. Also the fact they gave a total of [b]three[/b] cases away to all player (if they are willing to grind of corse) Bad - it exists ... Also the fact you can't chose directly what you want to pay for in some cases, which is a way to artificially make people pay more. All in all, this system could be better, and I slightly hope they change it so there no longer are cases (which would mean no weekly free cases, pick your poison). But I feel no one is in a hurry to boycott this system. Now the call of duty supply drop system is a whole other rant

I spent a good amount on silver too. Got 11k+. Had enough to get both emotes and every mask, ghost, and ornament except for the Hoodoom ornament (which I didn't even want). Still had 5000 left over. I definitely noticed a change in the drops and how they tailored to the ones you don't have. Before anyone replies with negativity, I spent my money how I wanted to, and you can't control that. Nothing I received benefits me, since silver isn't required for anything beneficial.
