Its your class item if you are using a year 3 item it will not work it has to be a year 2 for it to count. Crazy I know but until they fix it that's how it is.

i just recently did the new monarchy quest with one of the year 1 class items brought back to roi and i didnt have any problems.

So how on earth do I get a year 2 class item? Wait for it to drop? Haha. Aka never Anywhere to purchase titan marks from year 2 ??

See thats the issue i have old marks so i was lucky in that respect. Sorry fella i cant help you on that one only advice i can give is wait till they fixed it
