I'll make you a counter argument, you did in fact pay the same for this content, and even though I'll definitely beat the hard raid, maybe not this week, you may not. Your lack of skill shouldn't be allowed to cheapen the level of awesomeness that my team accomplished by killing the final boss and working our ass off to beat the raid. A challenge is supposed to be difficult and worthwhile, if they made the heroic raid super easy then what would be the point in it?

But your team can struggle against a single boss for ten hours and finally beat it but one loss in trials and you have to start over. It's like getting to aksis, wiping and starting over at the door.
-
That's the nature of PvP. There are no checkpoints and if you fail, you fail hard. Plus you do get one mercy anyways.
-
Except that with IB you don't go back to rank 0 after one loss. So there are. And I'm fine with flawless getting special rewards I think it should be more like challenges in raids though. If you go flawless there's a special extra reward but if you manage to win nine matches at all, which is a struggle for a player like me with all the flawless doing carries, then you should get to go to Mercury for a modest prize. Because it is pvp it shouldn't be so harsh as unlike with pve pvp is also prone to lag, people being kicked by their awful servers, and skill gaps.
-
That is why there is IB, for people who aren't able to compete you still get rewards etc. Trials still gives you rewards for bounties. I am literally sick of water downed games that are mindlessly easy to complete IMO go rent a movie. Having something be difficult and betting it is the best part of gaming they way the majority of this game is and the majority of other games are is sit at it for hours and no matter what effort you put in you win! so boring.
-
Bounties don't let you explore Mercury.

Its a room with a chest, lol

Let's be honest here though. What percentage of the population that goes to the light house is using the same weapons? It's either Mida or The last word. Now I personally haven't been in trials since RoI, but I imagine it isn't much different. But when you have a game mode where people who aren't using certain weapons can't make it to the lighthouse something is obviously unbalanced. It does not take a skilled person to use Mida Multi Tool or The Last Word. I have no problem with these weapons. I don't use them, but I also have no problems in pvp. I do better than the average player; however, I can't take a team of average players into trials because well... they're average, but I also don't want to win because the majority of my team used weapons that are hard to counter. Point is it does not take a "skilled" player to get to the light house. A player who would be considered skilled should be able to use whatever weapon they feel comfortable with and be able to do it successfully. I'm all for having content exclusive for players who can achieve it though.

Yes, those are all used and all are viable weapons. Hawksaw is personally one of my favorites, but one cannot deny that mida and last word did not dominate all forms of pvp, extremely in trials. When you have a small amount of weapons that dominate your pvp obviously those weapons need to be fixed or have a proper counterbalance.

Editado por Zonntohn: 10/19/2016 1:18:41 PMMida and TLW do not dominate, i play with and against some of the top players, eyasluna is used way more, so is PDX, palindrome. Mida and Last word are not used that much in 3v3 tourneys. Last word is not that reliable hence the lack of use and mida is okay but leaves you vulnerable up close, i run people to the lighthouse every weekend for fun and i never use either of those weapons nor do the other sherpas i know that also run people to the light house. We all range from 2.1-3.0 kds in trials..

Maybe to you. It it's and entire space with things and details that clearly you don't appreciate.
