EDIT 1: Thank you everyone for the support, will be adding my thoughts on other exotics and how they should be buffed/nerfed shortly :)
Basically the 4 exotics that aren't Y3. Here are my thoughts:
Vex: Nothing like I used to be and is outgunned by lots of legendaries, which is why it should be in Y3. Obviously if they rebuff it when it was the king then it should stay put but there really isn't a point of bringing it back. Yes they don't want primary elemental weapons but Zhalo and it's solar, which means it takes up the spot for a certain exotic*cough* ghorn, raze lighter, sleeper, black spindle *cough* during solar burn buff. So it should be in Y3. Also it's the best looking gun in the game (Outbreak is nice to though). Maybe just make a quest where you have to finish x amount of vex strikes and then a new mission where you have to kill Atheon but he is full of Siva (which could be a remaster of the raid too)
Necrochasm: All that ranking up in Crota's Bane to get Rank 3 and end up with a trash exotic because thorn and last word. Until the Taken King Patch thing which buffed that archetype and made it the best. But now that archetype isn't that good anymore. I would understand if it still were the king archetype then ok don't bring it back or bring it back and nerf it but that's not the problem. Like the Vex, burns but Zhalo is also arc and I could see I been decent due to the cursed thrall firefly thing. Instead of using ghorn and shit this could bring a new weapon to use during PVE activities. Also took a bunch of time for people to get it and it's not even available to get now (unless you get legacy engram I think) so just make a quest on it that needs you to kill Crota again on a more heroic mode (which is a lot to ask because they would have to remaster Crota's End).
Pocket Infinite: Fusions are pretty good now and so is Plan C in PvP ad Telesto in PVE so why not bring another weapon to 1: A choice for PVE 2: Bring fusions a better choice instead of shotgun/a really good counter and 3: can compete with the good fusions like Saladin's Vigil (which is what I'm running). All the other exotic bounty weapons can be infused to the max level so why not Pocket? All you got to do is remove the extended mag thing so it can stay at 3(?) in the mag and won't kill everyone on a Control flag. It also brings a good super counter which might lead to a fusion nerf but then again it's an exotic and with the nerf of snipers, it could be a decent choice. Maybe make it that the charge time is higher than Darkblade Spite (idk what it I but it's slow) so it makes full auto fair-ish.
Ice Breaker: I wanted to break the disc when I didn't see it in the kiosk and no quest (or is there?) because I rather it over ghorn (didn't really want to break my disc for those wondering). I sorta understand why they didn't bring it in Y2 but they nerfed it so I thought they would bring it in Y3 but nope. They even patched that glitch by switching from ice breaker with 6 in mag to any special and you get max ammo by when switching you get no ammo! Which is why I'm confused why they don't want it back. Maybe have it so when you have under 2 in the mag you deal damage to yourself or something. I just want it back lol.
Now for some thing I would like to see happen on certain exotics:
Primaries:
-SUROS Regime: I only see people who have real skill use this or its some noob who thinks it's the best because he/she saw a vid on it when it was beast. Honestly, I don't even know why it is bad, just performs a lot less than what people would at least want. Maybe buff its stability a lot and maybe change the exotic perk so that reloading after a kill has a chance to regen you? Because it's sorta like a life support/shit version of red death perk. Never really used it but never see it so that is why I brought it up.
-Thorn: It's not as good as it used to be so I'm gonna make this short and sweet. Increase burn damage by 1 damage so that artifact will make it do 2 damage OR make it so your screen is all green for a longer time than burn if shot is a headshot, sorta like losing an eye I guess because it shoots big ass spikes. Also maybe buff stability on all the fast fire rate hand cannons so it's not like a doctrine recoil.
-Khovostov (sorry if I spelt it wrong): Hype was real when it was previewed but it sucks. There should be MORE selections so maybe there can be a 'bubble' that will reroll all perks (besides sight, gun type, and RPM) that would cost either exotic shard and legendary marks or even a new material that could make every exotic reroll-able. May be 'too complicated' but would be cool. Also damage has to be buffed or range because everything is better unless it's doctrine so just use that then lol.
-Hawkmoon: All I have to say about it is that it kicks too much so maybe have Braced Frame on it. It loses range for stability so it won't be overpowered.
-Monte Carlo: So it's been good and bad but I think it deserves I little nerf to its exotic perk. That with Double melee gloves or Felwinter artifact is pretty damn OP (especially with warlock's sniper melee). Maybe have it so only if you get the kill you get the melee or not, not every shot reduces time too. Honestly it's not that much of a problem unless they use the 'unlimited' melee setup for warlock which is annoying if an entire team is running that.
-Hard Light: May sound weird but I used it and it's actually really good! I just think having it have NO damage drop off and penetrates through people AND bounces off walls is a lot for an exotic. Why don't you add one of those perks to SUROS? So remove one of those 3 perks in one or make it s you chose between bounce off walls and penetrating people OR no drop damage. I'm telling you, IT WILL BECOME THE NEW META! or I'm just going crazy. Again, I used it, not complaining that it's game breaking but will be once everyone realizes it is so good!
-Boolean Gemini: Make it so that you don't choose between One Way or Or Another, make it one perk because when I put Body shots give armour, I get headshot, and vice versa. It's very underused
-First Curse: I just want it to be good but it's only good when you are up against someone 30 light under you. Yes the range is crazy but maybe have LitC as an instinctive? Might be really good but not a lot of people have it so can have people try and get it!
Secondaries:
4th Horseman: I want so badly for this thing to be good but it lacks a lot. Maybe make it that it has Shot Package (but with a different name) on it to reduce spread or atleast on the last shot because there are only 4 'holes' in the gun with 5 shots. Having it be the last shot will make it so people will have to either use up 4 shots to get it or test their luck with the one shot.
-Patience and Time: Neat concept but have the invisibility stay as long as vanish in smoke when you zoom out. That way you can run to your next camping spot without really being seen! Sounds OP but name one Trials map that is actually long range with millions of spots to camp.
-Hereafter: The exotic perk sucks. Comes in handy once in a blue moon and doesn't last long. So, maybe you should get a choice between flash bang (what it is currently), suppression, or smoke explosion. Suppression would suppress the enemy not allowing them to jump/super/grenade, smoke would slow then down and due to the thermal-ish sight on it, you can see through the smoke which would be cool. Maybe a Molotov explosion too but it's arc so it wouldn't make sense.
-Lord of Wolves: When you get the exotic perk to activate, I think you should get a armour buff because you are the 'lord' or 'king' so you should get something in return by helping other regenerate faster. Unless you just make it so when people gab the buff you get armour and it could stack up to 3 I guess.
Heavy:
-Dragon's Breath: Saw some guy posting about it and I'm just gonna like it once I find out how lol. Basically you have spray and play on it and no bouncing on the shells. [url=http://https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/215673287/0/0]link[/url]
-Ghorn: I am somewhat glad that sleeper and dark drinker and a better choice in the raid but ghally (atleast for me) has been in the vault. Bring it back to the original or atleast be able to compete BETTER with these other exotics. Not an urgent buff, just one I would like to see.

Long story short for all you people who only vote, THERE IS NO POINT OF LEAVING THEM IN THE DUST WHEN THEY BROUGHT GHORN AND THORN(which sucks D) BACK!
Took me a while to write this so commenting will make me feel better. I know I'm not the only one wanting it back but at least I explained it.

Vex needs a return so bad it hurts and thorn and first curse neeed a buff so bad it hurts. I will get my first curse next wednesday if theres no waiting in the questline(cant remember) and im excited to use it just dont see a use for it over my perfect roll ill will

1 RespuestaIce Breaker is a little broken. That one could be nerfed or (even) not brought back Pocket Infinity NEEDS to come back. It is one of my top 5 exotic picks. It's a ripper Necrochasm was pretty solid, but more PVE focused. I'd like to see it again Vex Mythoclast needs it just as much as Pocket. Another one that's on my top 5

1 RespuestaI think they should just bring back all Y1 gear. If they are going to start from scratch in Destiny 2, there's quite literally no reason to leave our Y1 gear behind. Let us enjoy our favorite gear for the rest of the lifetime of D1. If they won't give us Elite endgame gear that is obtained ONLY through grinding endgame, then the least they can do is give us back our old Elite endgame gear and let us have a blast with those.

But the whole idea is more effectice with defender and no back up plans with monte carlo. Or feedback fence, juggernaut and monte with fel winters artifact There's almost no reason to use feedback on stormcallers while pulsave is the go too. Perpetual charge sucks because of stormcallers shit grenades. And its your choice if you use amplitude. But i use rising storm. The no time to explain needs the orginal strangers rifle sights. And id like a sight change on the gemini.

1 RespuestaExcept for Nechro these were exotics that actually felt like they should take up and exotic slot! Alot of the stuff just seems like a weapon with an exotic name tag just slapped onto it. I only believe they should be brought back only if Bungie doesn't make the current exotics worth it.

Monte Carlo is fine and warlock melee abilities aren't that good for pvp except for thunder strike but not many people use memory of felwinter or money Carlo in crucible especially if your running stormcaller

Praedyth has sent a mesaage though time saying that the Vex found SIVA... and made a monstrosity. Kill the hydra, cut off its many heads and perhaps we can write this future out of existence. 3 man mission. Encounter 1: Opening the Vault. The Vault is protected by a SIVA shield. Kill Pratorians and pick up siva charges go blow open a hole and decend. Encounter 2: Justicar. There are 3 confluxes which are held by SIVA. A hidden and shielded hydra is teleporting everywhere trying to blast you to hell. Kill a wave of Oracles to have the last one drop an aegis relic. Charge up the relic and blast away the contamination then capture the conflux. Once all 3 are captured the hidden hydra retreats. Encounter 3: Breach the Glass Throne push your way though waves of splicer captains in the Oracle maze, using captured Scorch canons to kill the Gorgons holding down choke points. Jump from skif to skif across a deactivated jumping puzzle and enter the lonely gate. Encounter 4: (re)killing Atheon?. In the future Glass Throne (seen in the Paradox optional ending) a hydra named Xylar, the Timeless is your final enemy. One guardian enter a portal must face a weakened Atheon in a 1 on 1 battle. Be Victorious and you can make your own fate, fail and be lost in the dark corners of time. Kill supplicants next to Xylar to drop his shield then take the fight to him. Upon final victory you open a strange chest which grants you a Time Warped SIVA Fragment. Take this to Shiro-4 to upgrade a Vex Mythoclast into the SIVA Mythoclast at 400 attack.

2 RespuestasTotally agree with you on everything except khvostov (if that is how you spell it, I can never remember). I don't know why, but it seems to handle better than other guns and I currently only use that in crucible. The firing modes do need to change though, what's the point in having a semi auto auto rifle? It should make it like a scout, and sane idea with pulse mode imo. Also agree about hard light, that thing rocks, just don't like its recoil pattern.

Get rid of "Fusion Rifle" status because that's what destroyed the weapon in the many great Fusion Rifle Nerfs of 2015. Applying general Fusion Rifle nerfs to a weapon that behaved like an Auto Rifle or a fully automatic low impact Scout Rifle was stupid. Give it that status of a Scout Rifle... the stats are basically identical to low impact Scouts anyway. Icebreaker - Reduce ammo regeneration timer to it's vanilla state. Forget about it's problems associated with Trials of Osiris. Good players will always prevail regardless of loadout. Pocket Infinity - Maybe a magazine adjustment Necrochasm - Nothing needed. Does what all HRoF Auto's do. Adequate in PvE, very viable option in PvP.
