I'll just leave this here.. I uploaded it just for you.
No, that isn't the vendor Palindrome.
If anything, that shows some sort of fix is needed.. need more nerfs, shouldn't have been able to do that. ;)
Edit: apparently people are missing the point of this. I posted this video just to display the inconsistency of hand cannons. We've all missed targets right in front our faces for no reason, and here I am hitting shots at a range that many would deem unacceptable. RNG shouldn't effect shots. That is all.

You fired five rounds and managed to get one kill. Nothing good about that. If one of of the opponents had even a bit of preception you would have been dead.
-
Didn't say it was good, just surprised I registered one of those shots, let alone four.
-
It has rifled barrel. It literally has pretty much the best range you can get on a handcannon. Its no surprise it can kill people at auto rifle range.

You need to pipe down. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZ24eDTg_s4

Wrong, the palindrome...all of them, have a great deal of AA.
-
All I see is you spam firing into a group of 3-4 guardians and getting lucky... Ever hear of shooting fish in a barrel?? One chaotic clip proves nothing...

Editado por TayV813: 10/17/2016 3:18:41 AMVery true, all those shots just so happened to hit the same head.. which surprised me. Hence, the video. I'm in no way saying that hand cannons aren't totally screwed up, they definitely are the most inconsistent weapons. Maybe my call for more nerfs didn't appear sarcastic enough...
-
It doesn't take 4 headshots to get a kill, not sure if we are agreeing or disagreeing on OP's topic.. I for one think bloom is absurd and damage fall off is the correct fix needed
-
At that range it can take 4, some of those shots were doing damage in the 60's. Definitely agreeing with OP, this is just an example of the inconsistency of hand cannons.
-
I see, I'll have to look again.
-
Finally someone that knows that handcannons are incredibly viable
-
They absolutely are, just horribly inconsistent at times.. but it's all about that range stat really.
-
Yeah, they hit hard and have range with the right roles. If your shits ghost hit cover.... that's my opinion at least. I don't understand what everyone else is complaining about.
-
You literally just explained what people complain about in your comment. A weapon should not require a specific roll to be good, period. Scout rifles dont, pulse rifles dont, so why should handcannons? Seriously, if you dont know what the whole debate is about, just dont become part of it. You and the other guy, because neither of you seem able to comprehend pretty simple topics.

Editado por Fog: 10/17/2016 4:26:03 PMWell then if that's the topic it's a damn good thing a joined. It appears as though I missed out on the entire beginning of a topic, where nobody knew what they were talking about. Good thing I'm here now I can inform you guys and resolve it pretty quickly. For a weapon to be good in the crucible it needs a good roll, that's just how to works. That's why weapons come with different perks, if not what would be the point? Handcannons are still decent without a good roll. But it is rifled barrel that allows it to be accurate across the map. Aka the range stat. It makes sense, also pulse rifles also require a good roll to be good in the crucible, auto rifles need an absolute God roll and are still barely useable. As for scout rifles well, there aren't many perks that actually improve them that's why you don't need a good roll. A god roll scout will be outshot by a god roll pulse rifle or a god roll hand cannon every single time. Anyways I don't have to be in here from the beginning of a topic because I actually play the crucible and look for balance. Not just "my favourite gun isn't the best gun in the game fix it". I don't cry for nerfs though don't get me wrong, I don't want an already very good weapon getting better though. EDIT: also bud, I was commenting on this topic before he added EDIT 2 as a cop out, sorry I don't always watch for people changing their original argument because they lost it.

EDIT: also bud, I was commenting on this topic before he added EDIT 2 as a cop out, sorry I don't always watch for people changing their original argument because they lost it.
Ffs, Its pretty obvious you have no clue what you are talking about. The reason there are different weapon perks is to create variety, not to force you to farm over and over until you get 1 designated roll. Right now, handcannons are not decent without a range focused roll. You have to have a range focused roll in order for it to be good. You know what that means? Less variety. Bungie has said before they are trying to create more weapon variety, but forcing us to use 1 specific roll for a handcannon just doesnt do that. And I dont know where you get the idea that pulse rifles need a good roll to be good. Any grasp will be good, any clever dragon will be good, any Nirwens mercy will be good, just to name a few. The reason for that? They are still accurate without requiring a multitude of range perks. Face it kid, you have no clue what you are talking about.
Also, you seem to think I dont think auto rifles need a buff. They do, they have needed one since the very beginning. What you also don't realize is that this topic is about handcannons, not auto rifles. If you want to make a "buff auto rifles" post go right ahead. I and many other destiny players would agree and share our opinions on them, but this isn't the post for that.
-
This'll be fun, to start I never said you didn't want auto rifles, you broadened it to scouts and pulses as well so I added autos. But just so you know, they didn't need it from the beginning just since they got nerfed a bit too hard, the used to be meta. So since I don't know what I'm talking about I must've missed the part where handcannons are supposed to have scout rifles range. What's that? They aren't? They're a close range weapon whaaaaaat. So you need a range perk to make it should at long range, what a stupid system with no variety. You say I'm uninformed but have you even considered that you're the one that is uninformed? I have tons of hours logged in the crucible I read the weapon tuning updates and the reasons behind them. Above all I understand the role of each weapon type. Hand cannons should NOT be capable of outgunning long range weapons at a range. This isn't year one, things change for a reason. Hawkmoon needs a buff don't get me wrong. But when we're speaking to variety, giving all hand cannons 100% accuracy across the map would make them even more meta. If you're such a hand cannon guy you should know how to use them. I use a last word which has 0 range op? Yes, but I can cross map shots. It's pacing and aiming not spraying now. Inform yourself before you come back.

I added edit 2 to address people that think the same way as you, dumbass. All it does is respond to all of those people without me having to do it individually.
-
dumbass
Says the guy that was expecting people to assume he meant you need a good roll. 90% of your original post is talking about hawkmoon, which granted deserves a buff, but I didn't realize you can get different rolls on a hawkmoon? Oh wait you can't. I mean I get that you're salty that you got called out.... but doesn't mean you gotta go calling people names.
-
You are a dumbass. I literally said "Sure I could just use a god roll palindrome", and "What is the point in exotic HCs?". A f*cking five year old could figure it out, but oh no, big bad you is going to come in here all tough, not actually read the post, and start b!tching in the comments.
-
In all of my posts I've agreed that hawkmoon needs a buff you twat
-
People are just sad that they can't always snipe people with their hand cannons anymore :'( bless their hearts.
-
Truth, year 1 thorn there was no point in sniping
-
I used Hawkmoon for trials back when.. two shot kills everywhere lol
-
Very nice, I'm an Xbox player so we didn't get that back then. :/
