The thing about poplio it's rumored its evolution (at least final evolution) is supposed be based somewhat on the siren of Greek mythology.
And judging by its second Evo it might have some legitimacy.

Sirens have been known to be mermaids(half human/fish) or harpies(half human/bird). Honestly anything that sings to trap men, is half female and eats said men. (possible after fking em) technically count as siren.

I did hear about that and I also hope it will turn out to be that. I'm also assuming that it might be related to the circus.

It's second form seems to become more like a ballerina and if it's final Evo is siren based. I'd say poplio exist for entertaining people. Since clowns,ballerinas and songstress(siren) all usually love to entertain.
