I have played with many groups who say they know what they are doing, done it before and are 375+ but they can't even beat the raid then yesterday I joined a group (on my friend's account) 365+ where one person didn't know how to do the encounters and only 1 had beat the raid before. So we went through we explained to this guy what you had to do and guess what we beat every encounter first try... It just shows that these stupid requirements are not needed a good player will be able to just as well.
And then for trials well you can't judge a player by his stats you can farm it high or it can be dropped low by just not taking it seriously all of the time. I have played with people who have double my K/D but are no where near as good and then played with players with a lower K/D then me who have been much better. Stats while for the upmost sweats it may show how good they are for most it will not be an accurate representation; they may have been terrible at one point but are now gods or they may spend most of their games doing stupid challenges.
So there is no need what so ever for stupid requirements in both PvE and PvP in truth if you are a good player it shouldn't matter if someone has exactly the same skill as you and don't look down on people just because of your stats so just learn that not everybody cares about their stats and takes everything seriously.
Edit 1: light levels is a bit different i understand certain requirements but do not belive for the raid you need to be 380+ or that for trials you need a 2 K/D
Edit 2: thanks for all the support guys we are bow trending and even those of you who disagree thanks for the feedback
Edit 3: you guys must remember running kings fall even after it had been out for almost a year with a full team of 335's and struggling to get it done so light really doesn't matter because it can be done easily with a full team of 315's
Edit 4: thanks for over 100 likes on this post guys it just shows how big of a problem this is in the community
Edit 5: and to all you who believe that this is a lie i don't really care if you will listen to some random person who doesn't know the full stroy and niether do you then that's your problem not mine

Competence is always more important than light level. But if you make sure everyone is equal or above the highest light encounter in a raid you at least rule out one possible problem, now you only have to worry about competence. What they really should be asking for if they want smooth raid runs is # of completions of said raid. But do understand LFG is a method to form private fireteams though, and anyone using it is in their full right to put up whichever requirements they feel like. Don't like it? Don't join that group and keep looking or even better, make your own post without requirements.

Then start your own group...

LF2M flawless trials, must have hot sister who is easy to manipulate and not be voting Trump. A nice credit score would be good too.

5 RespuestasNeed 5 for full WoTM. Must be 389 light. Have Outbreak Prime and Iron Gjallarhorn. Not normal Ghorn. Must also have all beta emblems and all flawless emblems. Also, 5200+ Grimoire and know the current state and lore of the Destiny universe. Must of also completed Halo 1 and 2 solo Mythic difficulty.

**Must not gripe about requirements to join raid group.**
-
im 384 and never done the raid yet, im going to finish that raid someday.. Someday..
-
Why do you write a post asking idiots to lower their light requirements? It's like talking to a door, you're not getting anything to change, a door is still a door. Move on with life and make your own politically correct requirements for your own group and grow up lol
-
We have beaten the new raid once (last night) but in fairness i would prefer to play and not complete the raid with these guys everytime than play with some of the LFG tryhards out there... Too much wankerism (that's now a word btw)
-
1 RespuestaInv must have 400 light, a 5 crucible kd, all the beta emblems, must have Fate of All Fools pulse rifle, have beaten raid 30 times, beaten all dark souls, must also have the location of tupac thx btw cost 69.99

if its them putting in the work to gather people and lead the raid, i dont have any issue with whatever requirements that they are looking for. cause im too lazy to make my own group. and there are plenty of others probably in the same boat as you who can band together.

2 RespuestasLFG for fresh WotM. Must be light 387, have Outbreak Prime, year 3 flawless emblem, 3.95 cumulative GPA, incredible credit score, and at least 3 years experience in your field.

I still haven't even selected the raid option from my director...

5 RespuestasEditado por Destro_Night: 10/9/2016 8:41:48 PMOk. All these people complaining about LFG requirements... the person who is putting together their fireteam, it's THEIR fireteam. They can require whatever the -blam!- they want. THEY are putting the team together, if they want every one to be a 385 Exo Titan, well ill be damned, they can. If you don't fill the requirements they ask for, for their own team, then don't try to join. Their team, their game, their rules. Here's an idea; instead of writing a 5 page pouting essay about it on the forums, why don't YOU put together your OWN fireteam? Then you can have whoever the hell you want join? Get on the little lfg site, or here on the forums, and put together your own fireteam. Yes you are going to have to do the work of sending out party invites, or writing messages, dealing with people who don't want to wait, who leave and you have to replace. Yes are going to have to put a tiny bit of effort into it. But I guarantee it'll get you a whole lot further than bitching on the forums about it..

I need a fire team now so I can do this raid. Haven't been able to do it cause IOS isn't working in recruitment. When it does people don't reply because I haven't done it yet. 381 light Warlock. GT is Kill Me Its Fun. PS4. Anyone else who hasn't done it yet is welcome. Be at least 365. For DPS.

I agree with you. Stats like KD and win/loss ratio is stupid. Most of my losses actually come from leaving matches because of bungie's stupid matchmaking system. Lagging players, cheaters, game in progress that is beyond repair, or any other bull crap I am out of there, and sadly it is 70% of the time. KD, well, I'm going to be honest and say that I really don't care. Either I commit suicide to get away from supers or I just run head first into the battle.

10 RespuestasIf I ever see "will check stats", "ELO", "Sweaty", "Gone Flawless", "Experienced players only", or "Will be kicked" I immediately close the discussion and look elsewhere. Most of those asking for requirements never seem to fit those same requirements. Hypocrites.

Need four for GBA version, 420+ light please
-
Eh. Yeah, a lot of those requirements can be stupid. But that's why LFG exists. Allows you to find like-minded players to round out the fireteam of your dreams. Some people have those Raid requirements because they may want to go flawless on stream or something. I dunno. Some people legitimately need to be carried. Different strokes for different folks.

1 RespuestaLFG.net was bad when I looked at it. Almost every post was must have a 1.5+ kdr or must have 1600 elo. Then all the others were need someone good to farm elo in the first 4 wins then reset cards. I've never seen it this bad.

1 RespuestaAlso when I see someone posting that they want 2 kd or higher I instantly know that they are looking to get carried.
