This right here. There are lots of ways to get gear over 365. Other than a handful of items, most of my upgrades have come from outside the raid and I've managed to get to 378 so far. And that's without grinding my face off. I just do all my daily and weekly bounties. By all, I'm including the ones for Petra, Variks, Gunsmith, etc.
