Seems it's win based I don't know how people can complain. If you get wiped 5/0 maybe look at your own team and stop blaming the game.

the point still stands no matter what your wins are you could always be put up against a god team just because you are on the same wins as them

What's the complaint? Win based is fair. So what if you lose to a better team, it's part of the game.
