People who have gone flawless shouldn't be able to come back in, I keep getting matched with these people and its why I can't get past 4 wins

Playing against players who have gone flawless is not your problem. Don't blame the game just because you have a hard time.

So because someone is stopping you from achieving something you want to, but can't they shouldn't be aloud to play. Right, because it's unfair that someone who is better than you beats you in crucible. Everyone should be allowed to the light house, it's only fair. No. screw of. This isn't communist Russia. You either get better or continue loosing.

Thats not even how matchmaking works, i matches you with people that are on the same wins as you... In y1 it was random, in y2 and y3 it matches you with people on the same wins...

No it doesn't. I've been in games where people are going flawless while I'm 2 games deep.

It does but it needs those players online and in the queue in order to function. You see trials is cbmm+win based, the win based part of that is a secondary parameter.
