Warlocks are Arguably the Worst Class in Most Things
During Aksis my team consisted of 4 warlocks and they just couldn't get onto Aksis fast enough to slam its like a baby trying to crawl a mile, Its just to slow. I think warlocks should get to play a bigger part in things. In the raid they just play no helpful part other then their self res. It doesn't make sense to have no helpful extra damage exotic perk that adds extra damage to bosses or something like that. They just seem like an useless class for most things. Nova bomb and storm caller is probably the most helpful thing to your teammates in PvP and in some cases PvE.
They jump so slow and if you put on the boost of speed jump you can barely jump at all and they cant help with damage at all.
If you disagree at all or agree with me please reply to this post. I will read it, and reply unless it gets ridiculous amount of reply's, if you have questions on my opinion just ask. Please dont hate me for this its just my opinion, Its not effecting you.

Stormcaller is the best for clearing ads in the raid.

The warlock jump requires the most skill to master. It is the only jump that requires canceling. If they're missing Aksis then they just suck.

Stay closer to his spot. Problem fixed.

Maybe it's just the people playing as warlocks. Position yourself better and it won't be an issue.

We also carry the parts the fastest with Transversive Steps on You just play with shitty Warlocks. That's also why they couldn't jump to the boss fast enough. 1) If you're a Voidwalker you should be blinking anyway & 2) You can 'lock-skate with Focused Burst if you know how to time it correctly

2 RespuestasWarlock jump is easily the worst jump of the three classes. That being said, Warlocks are far from useless in the Raid. With the right build they have great tankiness and survivability and contribute massive amounts of damage-buffs when DPSing the boss. Slamming Aksis is definitely easier with a hunter or titan, but it's still very much doable with a Warlock. You just need to be more mindful of where you're positioned.

Easy fix Switch jump to focused burst, and max agility I assume most people run max armor and recovery, i mean thats what i do..

2 RespuestasI'm sure someone has said it already, but Sunsinger can help stack boss damage. Pop Radiance at the same time Titans/Hunters do their bonus damage things and just toss fusions.

1 RespuestaThat seems more like a user error there, because warlocks can move faster than Hunters if you know how to utilize the jump right. Plus, Sunsinger do have there own tether of sorts, it just isn't that good.

Warlocks can add to the dps -blam!- that is tethers and bubbles, but no one I've ever raided with seems to know this. Just put on fusion grenades, touch of flame and Viking funeral. With these perks a fusion grenade does almost as much as a gjallarhorn shot, but wait there's more. Viking funeral causes the boss to take more damage while they are burning and stacks up to 3 times. So basically, what you gotta do is pop that radiance and start chucking fusion grenades, then watch as Aksis starts melting. To make this even more effective; 1) Use the praxic fire chest and spam those grenades like there is no tomorrow. 2) Max your discipline and spam those grenades like there is no tomorrow 3) Pair with a tether and weapons of light and spam those grenades like there is no tomorrow. I would recommend still using fire born so that you can self res if needed, but don't hesitate to pop your super when it's dps time. Also he use a cannon meaning grenades plus cannon = best DPS in game by far.

Sunsinger for first boss is valuable Stormcaller/sunsinger for zamboni is valuable for clearing the trash mobs Voidwalker with shatter 1 shots captains, sorry but that's as valuable as it gets for final boss cp For last boss cp 2 an ideal fireteam is to have 2 teathers on stun 2 and 3 and 1 bubble titan on stun 2 and then 3 classes to take out captains with super... Voidwalker striker and teather since captains dont shoot under teather

Disagree I'm a warlock and during final boss I did the most damage than everyone and killed the captains with stormcaller and smashed that back. You just need to know how to play

Warlocks have always been amazing for raids, anyone who thinks they need a self res with them is just playing the class wrong.

You were either not spread out correctly or hovering around in the air for too long, which I've seen warlocks do. Additionally it's really convenient to have a stormcaller in parts of the raid, Voiwalker does massive damage to the boss and they are God tier in PvP - with their ridiculously OP melees.
