It means run the other way , stay in a group and focus fire , or don't use the artifact. You knew what you were giving up for the artifact , it clearly says Two melee , two grenades , no super.
I have been using since I got it (admittedly not a lot of time spent in crucible since) , but the time I have spent in crucible I was very aware I had no super and tried to keep myself out of cqc specifically to avoid supers. Only died to a Fist of Havoc and NightStalker because you can't hear them coming. Palpatine , Blade dancers , Pheonix Warlocks and Hammers you see and hear coming for miles and are easily avoided.

It's amazing how much better I have been playing. I stay in the back with my scout and titan skate away if I hear Hamm hammers or mr zappy coming.

Editado por Enochua: 10/1/2016 10:02:38 AMyes but does not clearly say does not stack with other perks or exotics that do give extra nades. not only that but the person that does have MOF wont have the ability to get those easy super kills.
-
You understand that with full discipline and three grenades you could throw a grenade every 20 to 30 seconds and never run out. Think about trials builds where you get one super maybe two in the whole five rounds (supers don't mean as much) , now you would have never ending grenades while the enemy gets one super.
-
Editado por Sunsdune: 10/1/2016 10:16:14 AMAlso , This frees up the exotic slot you would normally be using to gain the extra nade or melee and allows for other exotics to be used. Honestly if they allowed all the exotic perks to stack , it would become overwhelming extremely fast and every one would find the "meta" and crucible returns to no variety , no fun matches.

just sounds like the game has evolved and has different builds to work with. I am down for more variation. not every one would choose to loose their super

Editado por Sunsdune: 10/1/2016 10:23:47 AMSo you get to dominate every round of elimination / trials , when any one not using this artifact gets one super across five rounds , and that sounds balanced to you?
-
Editado por Enochua: 10/1/2016 10:28:02 AMhow would it be so dominate. its not as if nades are a free kill. most ToO and elim games are determined by gun skill and map control.
-
but if you are throwing a grenade every twenty to thirty seconds , that is a lot of area control (Vortex, lightning , trip mines ) , and yes they are free kills. Any attachable grenade is a one shot kill , Skips are hit and shoot kills , Fire bolt , and arc bolt grenades are hit and shoot kills. Three of any of these is over powered.
-
but yet you name more than one class, that means everyone would have the option. when it come to balance isn't everyone being able to have such an option the definition of balance?
-
Yes because several classes have AoE grenades and one shot kill grenades. Options does not equal balance. These options balanced against each other , makes balance.
-
you are going to have to reword that..... thx for the civil conversation by the way.
-
Yeah I was afraid that would come across oddly. I mean in a way , options that every one has is balanced , but if one of these options gives a definite advantage that throws it off. Having a grenade that re-spawns in ten seconds (IMO) beats a super that spawns in five minutes (with out orbs obviously). And all of this has to be balanced across several game modes that all have different rules (Elimination compared to Control for example). Imagine holding down a control point with three AoE grenades. And no problem on the conversation. To many take or make things personal , when we are all debating opinions. Can't count the number of bad opinions I have had in my life and the crap I would catch if they were listed on the internet.

ill reply to this in other convo you started....
