Xbox One: Paid 29 strange coin for e an Exotic Engram, purchased from XUR today, Friday Sept 30, 2016. The Defense Level was 170 NOT 350. Purchased engram on Warlock Character, transfered it to the Hunter, light level was 350 on Hunter, decrypted Engram. The Engram decoded as Peregrine Graves for a Titan. Level 20, 170 defense and has II in the upper right corner. What kind of glitch is this? Anyone else have this issue? Also, why is an Armor Engram 29 strange coin? Exotic armor is only 13 strange coin. Exotic weapons are 23 strange coin. You have no idea what you are getting and it costs more than double the amount. Bungie needs to correct that imbalance. Engram shouldn't cost more. And they need to fix this glitch. Can I get a refund for the strange coin or at least a defense level 350 replacement?
