FR0ST-EE5 not working!! Video below (has been noticed but not fixed yet)
I recently picked up the new Hunter exotic legs and there's something really wrong with the grenade cooldown check it out in the video I made. Please get this noticed you guys so the problem can get looked into and fixed thanks!! Let me know if you guys have the same problem as well

What if you put more into intelligence and strength, had your discipline at about 4 and a half tier? Maybe Bungie meant for it to be a boost but not one that would grant a great advantage. Imagine if the frost ee5 reduced the tier 5 grenade cool down to 15 seconds. Now imagine going against an entire team of gunslingers equipped with them with maxed out discipline. There would be trip mines all over the map. Oh the salt! Oh, the crying of the nerfitude! EDIT: When I'm wrong I say I'm wrong. Yes, they are broken. Once you've equipped them they'll slow down your grenade cool down even after you've unequipped them until you change characters. https://youtu.be/Gyqgf3IsGPM When the ruin wings were new they were bugged too.
