Starting to feel like it's that indicator over the tower
[spoiler]if you did the quest y1 it will show an indicator over the tower but once you go to the tower it disappears [/spoiler]

Me too. I can't get it for the life of me, but that irritating purple diamond loves to remind me I did it in year one and shouldn't really have to do it again.
