I have two 386's and a 385.....
And the raid didn't help me one bit in getting there.....
The Point of this post ..... is there is a TON to do in the game and many many ways to level up.
Factions, vanguard rank up, crucible rank up, engrams, court of oryx through Eris Morn rank up for artifacts, challenge of elders for house of judgement rank drops, strikes to 365 and skeleton keys once over that level, archon forge, nitefalls and Shaxx bounty.
Don't worry yourself too much if ya can't get a raid group just yet. :)
(Yeah I've completed the raid many times sure, but not one single drop was an enabler to my light level)
Small edit : I am not an Engram 385 either. I progressed through all the activities and have the screenshots showing my progress.
Super edit: wow I didn't realize this would offend so many people. I won't reply then so this will just go away. The post was to help people not feel like they had to raid to level up and that there were multiple ways to achieve higher light through all of the games content.....

Well if I wasn't self employed, didn't have a wife I would be up there too. I guess il have to be happy with my slow climbed up the light ladder and my fat check from my job.

Have you learnt the skills to create your own game? Did you manage to find a new girlfriend by levelling your characters and was she super wet by knowing all 3 characters are +385 light?
