You can get 6-9 etheric light a week (6 garenteed, and then at rank 3 you have a weekly refresh chance 1 per character) that still isn't a lot of rep though.

6 is only 900 rep, 3 bounties are 1000 but you need 3000...and you can't defeat skolas alone...
