You're right - Hillary was a wet noodle. But I'll take "wet noodle" over "bloviating, xenophobic asshole" any day

  • Proposing to ban foreign Muslims from entering the country is xenophobic.

  •
Nope. It's prudent.
You were looking for an example of xenophobia there it is. I legitimately don't know how you can say it's wise to ban an entire group of people based off religion. Almost more laughable is how you could ask that question with such confidence. Do you know who trump is? Or have you been living under a rock? Tell me what will banning Muslims do? I'm sure ISIS are rubbing their palms together at the sight of Trump. He'll leave millions of Muslims with the impression that America is the land that hates their ethnicity and their culture, the country that invaded their own and set them back 50 years. All it will do is fuel ISIS with even more young angry Muslim men. The war on extremism is through education not Trumps skewed logic of just throwing more missiles on the situation. Smh.

Omg. Obviously it's a ban on people from certain countries. You know damn well that's what he want. There's no good that can come from importing thousand of "refugees". Have you seen Germany, Sweden, UK, France? You've can't actually think the crime they are committing overseas won't be committed here. We can not screen them. Saving 100,000 innocent Syrians is not worth a single American victim. And before you start calling me xenophobic it's not the religion that's the problem it's the people in that religion that's the problem. Why are you eager to import more extremists? We don't owe them anything.

Eager? I'm not eager to let them in. I'm just not eager to go through the hassle of keeping them out when terrorism accounts for such a minute percentage of deaths per year. Also how many Muslims are violent people who have committed crimes abroad? A marginal percentage Id say if any seeing as you can't get into the US with a criminal record provided they find out. This is supposing of course they can afford the travel costs or are we going with the assumption they are sent over in a shipping container? It doesn't matter. Less than one-tenth of a percentage of the Muslim population hold radical views. It's not worth the money, damaging relations with middle eastern powers and ultimately discriminating against millions of innocent people in search of a better life.

  • The problem is we have NO way of knowing what they did. Even in Europe and the U.K. They are barely policing them and resist making a big deal of it. And Syria sure as shit isn't going to gave extensive records on crimes they consider normal. So you have a man. 18-25 years old from "Syria" with no records to whatever name he gives us. Unless we've already encountered him in the past and have records from western countries. We simply have no idea what kinda guy he is. Trained ISIS fighter or just some kid. Simply put their lives are not worth the risk.

  • I can't vote for Hillary. She's literally done nothing in Washington that was of any substance. The only laws she passed were for statues and that was only 4 pieces of legislation. Plus she's a liar, corrupt, out of touch, and comes across as robotic when she speaks. I'd rather have an asshole than a corrupt liar any day of the week. Because at least the asshole will be honest with you.

Or how he suddenly knows Obama was born in the US which either means he's lying now or has been for years? Or when he said he never said that global warming was a Chinese hoax even though it's in his tweets? Or when he said he never supported the Iraq invasion when he's on record as having supported it? Or when he held three abortion positions in three hours?

  • I'm not saying he's doesn't lie. Honestly sometimes he doesn't know what he's talking about so I can't chalk those up as lies. But to ignore Hillary's compulsive and pathological lying isn't right either. I don't like both candidates, but to be fair, at least Trump tells the truth (not always but way more often than Hillary). Hillary doesn't know what the truth is.

Whether it's ignorance, or deception (and with Trump it's seemingly often both), he's not a good leader. Also, on the subject of lying, did you hear about this? He held a hole in one contest, then proceeded to refuse to pay the prize on grounds of an unclear technicality. The winner sued and Trump proceeded to pay out the court settlement from his charity (which is self dealing). He's not an honest man at all. I'd argue that he's much less honest than Hillary.

  • Hillary lied to the faces of the families of 4 dead Americans in the Benghazi attacks, she was fired from the Watergate committee for unethical behavior and lying, she used the IRS to get revenge on political enemies when her husband was president, she tried digging up dirt on Bill's sexual assault victims and sometimes made stuff up to make him look innocent, stole from the White House, did government business on an unsecured server, got hacked, and lied to the FBI about the severity ad omitted details that could be used to incriminate her, and now there's even reports that Comey may have gotten millions of dollars from the Clinton Foundation as a bribe. Btw the Clinton foundation masquerades as a charity when in reality it's a tool used for political favors. The Saudi Arabian government donates money to it as well as goldman Sachs, as two examples, and the Clintons do political favors for the two. That is incredibly corrupt and no one calls them out on it. Hillary even lied about her pathological lying on a TV interview with CNN. I could go on and on about the countless times Hillary has lied. What did Trump do? Said and did mean things about people. There is no way Trump lies more than Hillary Clinton. No one lies as much as Hillary.

No one lies as much as Hillary.
If we're going on about things that people were never convicted of solely based on tabloid headlines (considering Clinton was not found guilty of a crime after thorough investigations regarding both Bengazi and her emails and she never stole from the White House) then Trump opened up a university as a get rich quick scheme and scammed many of the students out of cash, then attacked the Mexican judge who was continuing to pursue the case, -blam!- a 13 year old girl, said that 5 black teens who were falsely accused of -blam!- should be hanged, has so far used his charity as a source of tax free income to pay for all of his social dealings (while Clinton's is universally and bipartisanly recognized as a great charity), has used his charity to buy things for himself, has stiffed many small businesses of payments, has mafia connections, has connections with Russia, has hired campaign managers who have extreme connections with Russia, has publicly called for Russia to hack the US, said something which sounded disturbingly like a call for an assassination on Clinton, made numerous campaign lies such as claiming global warming doesn't exist, and that be never supported the Iraq war, is an anti-vaxxer, claimed he's pro LGTB while surrounding himself with extremely anti-LGTB people, bribed a judge in Florida to not continue with an investigation into something he did, refuses to reveal his tax returns, and most recently bragged about not paying income taxes. And that's just what I could think of off the top of my head.
