Being an elitist got my raid complete from start to finish on all my characters. Sometimes people just aren't up to the task. I will give clear instructions, If they can't be executed after that it is logical to boot them to save time no?

Trying to be those cool kids at your school?
-
Even though I agree with you but you didn't finish the raid. I'll boot you from my team.
-
I didn't complete it? It got done on release, Put on that cheesy emblem for you.<3
-
Might want to get a warlock then, can't call yourself an elitist when you've only completed 66% of the game.....
-
Deleted warlock on RoI release, The jump sucks.
-
Yeah but if you're an elitist you have to keep it. Unless you're not about destiny
-
I deleted it for a khvostov before I knew about the intel relay key. :/
-
So you're not very smart or very good at the game it seems. Have a mute nub nub.
-
I kept my Kostov this whole time since they rumored it at TDB. But I'm just messing with you bro. Hit me up if you're on Xbox One
-
Who calls themselves an elitist? That's like calling yourself cool. LMAO. Besides, it's a video game. Now get back to class.

Editado por H3x3wahn: 9/26/2016 4:28:49 PMYep and doing so reduces the pool of players who will be able to do the raid in the future because you kicked them instead of helping them improve. GG.
-
Do I care about them? No. GG
-
Can you please send me a screenshot of how your hunter looks in-gane with all the ornaments please?
-
Probably wouldn't want to start a comment with "elitist" because the white knights will swarm you. I believe there is a fine balance, and sometimes people want to put in no effort, and expect their team to carry them. It's usually one bad apple of the group and can be picked out pretty easily over the course of the raid. Give them a chance with a few attempts, and if you see no change in effort, then kick them.
-
Eh. Never cared about what the forum dwellers have to say. I leave a comment once in a blue moon, If people are offended? They are nothing more than usernames behind a screen to me. Most people offended by being kicked are detriments anyways :/ I can only help so much.
-
Bullshit. You're so upset you had to PM to feel good about yourself. Kids these days. Muted for being a nub and a liar.
-
White knights? Lol
-
And btw your ll shows you might not of cleared the raid on your alts.
-
Whoops I pressed the mute button. After checking your profile. And pressing three other buttons.

I get what you're saying, but I don't agree. I like taking the time to teach each instance. Not everyone has done it before, and it's okay to screw up once in a while. Eventually they get better, and it gets easier. Not once have anyone of my groups booted anyone, but again I don't run public groups, I run in groups where we all know each other, so I guess having fun is more important to us that simply completing something.
-
Probably a hunter.

I agree to a point. I would never boot someone unless that person was the only one holding the group back, wasn't getting any better after multiple tries, or was obviously not interested in learning by not asking questions or not sticking to their task. To wipe once, start flipping out like a crybaby, and just boot someone isn't right or fair. That said, using the app, you could put specific guidelines up so everyone knows not to join up unless they knew what to do. Something like, " need one, must be great and 375+. Know exactly what to do cause we aren't teaching anyone anything. If you speak up, you better end your sentences with "please" or "sir". If one of us dies, it'll be due to lag or your fault. If you die, we're booting you. Please join up for some fun."

Brilliant 😆 I'd be all over that! Sounds like a fun time...
