I've been losing my mind trying to figure out how so many people are already three sixty anything, and I can't get anything to drop over 350! Ima give this a go, thanks.
[spoiler]side note: my three of coins seems to have just ceased working period. I've had more blues turn exotic lately, while 3oC is just a waste of space in my inventory. Xur needs to start selling exotic shards again since that's all I needed from 3oC.[/spoiler]

I hit a brick wall a 350 doing strikes. Mostly because noobs were using the wrong weapons gjally etc during ARC -blam!-ing burn strikes. I kept persisting up to 356 then jumped into the raid and left a 362. Its a grind but worth it, dont numb your mind doing omnigul

You need to run the siva heroic. Each boss kill should drop 2 blue items that will go to 365 light as you progress. These are item drops. I have noticed that blue engrams being decoded don't go up to 365. Once I was as 365, I started using exotics. Yesterday, I farmed about 18 of them at the tomb story mission. Just this time last night got me from 367 to 370.

Yes. But blue items dropped from SIVA heroic strike bosses cap at 365 light. Legendary Skeleton Key treasures and Faction rewards go beyond 365 (I'm not sure what the cap is for them because I haven't gotten there yet).

Didn't mention the drops from Heroics... person I replied to was talking about Engrams and was wondering why the blue engrams decoded lower.

Sorry, looked like you were replying to the guy who said he was getting 365 drops from strikes... The way the conversion shows up on my phone it was a direct response to him, not from the person wondering why he wasn't getting drops higher than 350. My bad.
