The ability to transfer it via an app was restricted when people discovered it could be cheesed. I do agree the entire idea is very flawed though. Especially since some of the things wrong were also present with the court of oryx.

If you activated the offering whilst simultaneously transferring the offering via the app you could activate it whilst keeping the offering. Allowing you to effectively use the same one over & over again.

When did they fix this? I was able to still transfer them yesterday but everyone else was saying the couldnt for some reason
